Shimmer Spray

Lyssa_SwapThis is another card that I received in the swap I did.  It was made by Lyssa Zwolanek.

She sprayed the entire card front with Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint mixed with rubbing alcohol to add shine.  I love it!
