Do you ever make a card that just makes you SMILE?
This is that card for me. It’s super easy to make and yet when I was done it just made me smile.
Highland Heather card base: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″
Floral paper: 2″ x 5″
Circle Size: 2-3/8″
I know whoever receives this card is going to love it so I’d like to make more than one.
Make a stack of QUICK 2×5 cards!
Cut a full sheet of 12×12 patterned paper into 2″x5″ strips and you’ll be able to make 14 cards like this… from just ONE sheet of pretty paper!
Watch this video for cutting tips:
If you have a piece of patterned paper with an obvious up and down pattern, you might need to get a little creative with how you use the last two pieces.
I flipped mine over and used the backside of my floral paper to make this card:
Highland Heather card base: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″
Patterned paper: 2″ x 5″
As you can see, you can switch up the shape you use for the main image or greeting on the cards you make with your 2″ x 5″ pieces.
Grab some pretty paper and make a similar card to send to a friend!
Happy Stamping!
