Here in Wisconsin school doesn’t start until September but I’ve been seeing Back to School sales since June! While I definitely don’t want to think about it that far in advance I did do some planning last week and it reminded me that I have a great idea to share with you.
These notepad covers for junior legal size pads make great gifts for teachers. They’ve got a pocket inside to keep any loose papers or receipts handy… or to stick an extra gift card in. Teachers love gift cards!!
No kids going back to school? That’s okay! Start making these for Christmas gifts or to sell at craft fairs.
I’m sure you can think of someone to give them to.
Use my One Sheet Wonder Notepad Cover Template & Video Instructions to make 3 notepad covers and 3 cards all out of ONE sheet of 12×12 paper!

Great idea Jessica! Thank you.
Could you give me the actual size of the notepad cover
Hi Elaine, All dimensions are on the instruction sheet that can be downloaded here: http://www.inkitupwithjessica.tv/episode-33-notepad-cover
I have not been on your site for a while because I’ve been sick and busy with my grandkids. I love to see what you have going on, it’s always something I can do, (not over my head or level of knowledge or having supplies or tools) and I like to think you do that on purpose. I plan on doing a lot more projects since I will have the time. So I will be looking at your past projects as well as what you have going on now. I hope I can do a catalog party over the next few months but I am not making any promises. It all depends on my health. I am praying I can stay healthy and get something done with volunteering with my friends, then they will be happy to look at the catalog. (you know how that works, right?) OK, so hopefully I’ll see you soon!
Love all your cards!
Watching your stamp room come together as well.
Me, too. I love your cards, and will be waiting to see your Christmas ideas. Thanks, Jessica.
this is just what I have been looking for. Thank you.
I always love your ideas, Jessica. They seem very doable and manageable to me.
Thank you so much Alicia! I hope you enjoy making these.
This is a perfect idea for teacher gifts for my grands, tuck in a gift card and done! Thank you!
