For the Love of Chocolate!

Here are the three cards that we made at my February stamp class last week.  You’ll want to check back tomorrow for the recipe for the Cookie Dough Truffles that I served.  The class was titled “For the Love of Chocolate” after all! The base card for the “from the heart” card is Purely Pomegranate, but we used the Rose Red marker to color in the flowers.  It’s nearly a perfect match!  I also love the different use for the punch-outs from the Word Window punch.  The heart stamp is from the Simply Said stamp set.   The colors on…

Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday to my mother-in-law Dolores Taylor today!  Some of the family showed up for Saturday dinner at her place as a surprise and we had a fabulous time.  Most were smart enough to head home on Saturday night, but as a little bonus surprise our overnight visit turned into a weekend stay.  We got snowed/iced in and just made it home this morning.  The girls had a great time and I had a chance to organize her stamping supplies. I hope that you have a day full of love!  My mom sent over gifts for all of us, so we are already enjoying our Reese’s Puffs cereal and the girls have put stickers everywhere.  FUN! How to Use Rub-Ons

Stampin’ Up!’s new Rub-Ons are made to cling to surfaces that you might normally have difficulty stamping on – glass, tin, plastic, photographs, buttons, textured card stock, felt, cello bags, ribbon and chipboard too!
