Only 5 days until Christmas!! No matter how much I plan, as we get closer to Christmas I always think of other people that I’d like to give a little something to. That’s why I designed the December One Sheet Wonder Template to be used for little Christmas giftables as well as cards!
I am loving the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper so much that I’ve gone through FIVE packs of it making Christmas cards, wrapping gifts and making little goodies like these! The bad news is that this pretty paper is sold out and is no longer available. I’m going to miss it when mine is gone! Be sure to check out the list of other items retiring from the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog so that you can grab what you want before it’s gone too. Some items are even on sale, but everything is only available while supplies last!! Shop Now.
So back to those cute little gingerbread men pictured above. I started by cutting my 12×12 Christmas paper down to four 6×6 pieces. Then I took just ONE of those 6×6 pieces and made them into the goodies you see above: a gift tag, a hot cocoa wrapper, a gift card and a little bag full of chocolate. These all either make great little gifts by themselves or you can add them to another little gift.
One of our favorite gifts to give is handmade truffles in a cello bag. Just tie the top with some ribbon and add a little gift tag or gift card. We’ve made Cookie Dough Truffles for years, but this year my daughter made Oreo Cookie Balls instead. There are tons of truffle recipes on Pinterest so try one that sounds good to you!
