Make beautiful cards in a rainbow of colors with the Country Floral Embossing Folder!
These cards were inspired by this card I saw on Pinterest. I changed up the width of the outside border and didn’t add the extra embellishment, but I just love this because it’s a lovely layout that’s quick to put together.
Let’s take a closer look at this card in different colors…
Of course this card looks absolutely gorgeous in Gorgeous Grape!
Here are the paper dimensions for all of the cards:
Embossed piece: 3-3/4″ x 5″
Whisper White: 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″
Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
Coastal Cabana is my all time favorite Stampin’ Up! color so of course I had to make one of these cards with it and I love how it turned out!
I used the Story Label punch but take a look in your stash… What other punches or dies do you have that would work with this look?
I also wanted to try a new color so this one was made with the new Seaside Spray. Not my favorite of the bunch, but if you’re going for a more muted look, this is the one. It would make a nice wedding card, I think.
Grapefruit Grove is an interesting color. Is it pink? Is it orange? It depends on what color you put it next to. Either way it makes for a fantastic card!
Flirty Flamingo is one of my go-to colors right now because it’s just so bright and fun!
Which color would you make this card?
One of the above colors or a totally different one?
If you have the Country Floral folder, go ahead and give this card a try.
You can make a gorgeous card in minutes!
Happy Stamping!

Love the simplicity of this. I will definetly be making cards like this. Thanks for showing the different colors.
Thank you Karen!
I love these wonderful cards, so simple but so striking, I’m going to go pick out my paper and and punch!
Seeing the paper colors up close and used for the cards helps me to choose colors. Some are so similar. I have this embossing folder and haven’t yet used it. Now I will!!
Love this great idea; I think I would also try different shades of purple, blue, pink, or green!
