Here’s a thank you card with a layout that you could really use for any occasion. It’s also great for any patterned paper that you have, or you can create a pattern on the bottom with stamps. The possibilities are endless!
Paper Measurements:
Designer Series Paper: 2-1/4″ x 3-1/2″
Whisper White card stock: 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″
Calypso Coral card stock: 3-3/4″ x 5″
Strip of Calypso Coral: 3/8″ x 3-3/4″ (You could also use ribbon in place of this strip!)
Whisper White card: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
Let’s take a closer look at that flower…
The flower was created using the 7/8″ Scallop Circle Punch. Just punch it out and then use your Paper Snips to make little cuts in between each scallop. This will create your petals, just use your fingers to fan them out a little and give them dimension. The center of the flower is just a circle punch! Of course I had to mount it on the card with a Stampin’ Dimensional to give it a little extra pop. Try this with any size scallop circle punch that you have!
