Want to make fun fold cards but think they are too complicated?
This is the EASIEST Fun Fold Card Base EVER!!
Night of Navy card base: 4-1/4” x 11” scored at 5-1/2” then cut off 2-3/4” of front.
Striped Paper: 2-1/2″ x 4″
Lighthouse paper: 2-1/2″ x 4″
On this next one I added a white insert. It makes it easier to write inside the card and adds a little extra pop to the front of the card.

The EASIEST Fun Fold Card Instructions:
- Cut your card base to 4-1/4″ x 11″ (cut an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of card stock in half the long way to get 2 cards).
- Fold your card in half or score at 5-1/2″ and fold to make your card base.
- Cut 2-3/4″ off the front of the card base.
- Flip that piece around and it becomes the front of your card!
Easy Peasy!
BEST TIP:
ONLY put adhesive on the left side of the card front piece so you don’t glue your card shut. (Ask me how I know.)

I am new at this method of card making and would love to learn more. I loved your examples but need to know what materials other thsn cardstock and the basics i would need
Hi Brenda, Basic materials you’d need besides card stock are a paper trimmer with a scoring blade like this one: https://bit.ly/3oGx7t6 and adhesive like a double-sided tape or any type of glue that you like to use. Beyond that you can add to your card with stamps, ink and patterned papers.
Loved this idea. I had something else in mind but it was complicated. I will use this idea many times. Thank you.
