This fall card is super quick and easy to put together and is perfect to send to a friend to let them know you’re thinking of them.
Very Vanilla: 3-3/4″ x 5-1/2″
Cajun Craze: 4″ x 5-1/2″
Garden Green card base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
I tend to use white card stock as my neutral color 99% of the time, but fall colors call for vanilla. The creaminess really meshes well with the regal colors of changing leaves.
The large leaf stamp from the Inked & Tiled stamp set was stamped 3 times across this card with Garden Green, Crushed Curry, and Cajun Craze ink pads.
This has been one of my go-to fall color combos for years!
A single strand of linen thread adds a little texture to the card and highlights the die-cut greeting piece.
I used the same die to cut out the “just a note” greeting and the Garden Green banner behind it.
To learn how to shorten your die-cuts to layer them like this, watch this video.
