Whisper White: 2-1/2” x 4” and 4” x 5-1/4”
Just Jade: 2-3/4” x 4-1/4” (cut from top of card front)
Patterned Paper: 2-1/2″ x 4″
Watch the video below for tips on how to cut, score, fold, and tape your card, as well as for how to make the most of your card stock.
Tips for making a Dutch Door Card:
- Don’t tape your card shut! ONLY add adhesive to the bottom of your main piece (watch video for tips)
- Stretch your ink pad colors by stamping off on scratch paper before you stamp the fill-in stamps. That will make them a lighter shade of the same color.
- If you can’t quite cut out the top of your card front with your Paper Trimmer, use your Paper Snips to snip the final corner.

Jessica,
I love your tutorials! So easy to follow. The strawberry Dutch door is great– I intend to make one similar before I forget how!!! I wish I had access to a Stampin Up dealer locally. Moline, IL, Lynn B

Thank you so much Hilda!
Such a sweet, fun fold! Great card. Thanks for the directions!
Love this card, but when you write a sentiment on the inside, you have to be careful to stay within the vertical panel, otherwise you’ll see the words. (found out the hard way) :))
So true! You do have to be careful where you write. I like that because my message can be shorter. 🙂
Thank YOU ! This is such a fun card
You’re welcome, so glad you like it!
