Have you gotten in on the Project Life pocket scrapbooking craze yet? If not, that’s okay!! But you should know that those pre-printed little cards can be used for a whole lot more than scrapbooking.
Project Life cards can be used to make quick & easy greeting cards too! The little 3×4 cards fit perfectly on the the front of a card and the 4×6 cards can be trimmed a little to fit. Get creative with it!
For this one I cut down the Project Life card on the left. My first idea was to stamp a greeting in that little white banner but the white is glossy and I couldn’t get a good crisp image on it. So, I cut the card down to just use the wreath, gave it a Real Red mat and put it on a card embossed with the Holly embossing folder. The Christmas greeting was stamped, cut out with a coordinating die and adhered across the center of the wreath with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Here are a few more Christmas cards I made with Project Life cards…
All of these Christmas cards were made with Project Life cards from the Hello December 2016 Card Collection. On the top left card I just stamped “Merry Christmas” in the little banner and added a Real Red bow punched out with the Holly Berry Builder Punch. On the bottom right card I just stamped “Joy to the World” in the center of the pre-printed card and the other two cards are just the Project Life cards with no added embellishments. Easy peasy!!
