Do you ever struggle to get your small embellishments onto your cards?
I love the look of rhinestones and sequins but sometimes they can be tricky to get from the package onto a card.
In this video, I give you 3 quick tips for easily adding small embellishments to your cards right where you want them…
How to Add Small Embellishments
- Use the putty end of the Take Your Pick Tool
- Use the spatula end of the Take Your Pick Tool (I think this works best for picking up self-adhesive sequins)
- Use the tip of your Paper Snips
Basically I find it easier to use a tool than my fingers because embellishments tend to stick to my fingers instead of my card!
Lost Lagoon card base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
Lost Lagoon: 4″ x 5-1/4″ bottom embossed with Crosshatch Folder
Floral paper: 2-1/2″ x 4″
Petal Pink: 1/2″ x 4″
Circle Size: 1-3/4″
I hope you found these quick tips helpful.
