Two of my favorite things to make cards with are a fun beachy stamp set and patterned papers in fun colors.

Stampin’ Up!’s Designer Series Paper Packs have such fun designs and I love that the colors of the paper coordinate with their colors of ink and card stock which is super helpful for someone color challenged like myself.

I love to send Thinking of You cards because they are unexpected and never late!

Flirty Flamingo card base: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”
Whisper White: 4” x 5-1/4”
Patterned Paper: 2″ x 2″
Flirty Flamingo: 2-1/4” x 2-1/4”

One of my favorite sayings is “There are no mistakes in stamping, just opportunities for creativity.” The sequin on this card was added to cover a stray splat of ink!

Flirty Flamingo card base: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”
Whisper White: 4” x 5-1/4”
Patterned Paper: 3″ x 4″

Also, never say “never” because while I really don’t like to fussy-cut (that means cut something out with scissors), I hand cut out the seashell AND the seahorse for these cards since they don’t have coordinating dies. Honestly, it wasn’t all that hard.

I even cut an additional 25 seahorses out for my Greek Isles Cruise swap! (If you missed seeing my swap cards you can see the 25 cards I got back in the swap here.)

Now go make a thinking of you card and send it to a friend. You’ll make their day!!

Happy Stamping!
