Today’s balloon birthday card idea comes to you from my daughter Rachel. She’s 10 (almost 11) and she loves to make cards… especially when she gets to use the Big Shot. A coordinating framelit die makes it so easy to cut out the stamped balloons for this card. Just pop them up with dimensionals and add a little baker’s twine as string.
